Orders over $250 ship free on the standard service. Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day typically leave the studio the same day.
Returns
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Sale pieces are final sale. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order so your size is not held up in transit.
Tracking
Once a label is generated you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. In production, labels are purchased and printed in ShipStation after the warehouse confirms the final packed weight, and tracking is written back to your order automatically.
